Terms and Conditions for Charressa Deseree Designs

Welcome to Charressa Deseree Designs. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and the services we offer. By engaging our wardrobe or lifestyle concierge services, you agree to abide by these Terms as set forth below.


1. Services Provided

Charressa Deseree Designs (“CDD”) provides luxury wardrobe curation and lifestyle concierge services tailored for musicians, creatives, executives, and public figures. Services may include, but are not limited to:

  • Signature wardrobe development

  • Closet editing and organization

  • Priority personal shopping

  • Event and on-site styling support

  • Travel itinerary planning and coordination

  • Lifestyle concierge support

All services are customized to the client’s needs and may involve in-person, virtual, or travel-based engagements.


 
2. Client Responsibilities

To ensure a seamless experience, clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information regarding style preferences, measurements, schedules, and relevant personal or professional needs

  • Respond to communications in a timely manner

  • Adhere to agreed-upon schedules and provide sufficient notice of changes

Failure to provide timely communication or accurate information may impact service delivery or timelines.


 
3. Appointments & Scheduling

All services are by appointment only and subject to availability.
Any changes to a scheduled service must be made in writing with at least 48 hours notice. Late cancellations, changes, or missed appointments may incur a cancellation fee of $75.00


 
4. Payments & Billing

Clients will be invoiced according to the scope of their engagement, with specific payment terms outlined in their individual agreement.

  • Accepted payment methods include: [cash, Zelle, Visa/Mastercard, ACH bank transfers]

  • Late payments may be subject to a 2-9% late fee.


 
5. Sales Tax Compliance

All tangible goods (e.g., clothing, accessories, physical products) are subject to Tennessee state and local sales tax. Applicable tax will be added to the final invoice in compliance with Tennessee law.


6. Cancellations & Refunds

CDD provides a premium, time-based service. As such:

  • Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing

  • Fees for completed services are non-refundable

  • Product returns are subject to the return policies of the respective third-party vendors

  • Requests to cancel or reschedule services will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, depending on the scope of work and preparation already completed

CDD reserves the right to cancel or reschedule services due to force majeure or unforeseen circumstances.


 
7. Confidentiality & Privacy

All client data, preferences, schedules, and communications are treated as confidential. We do not share your information with third parties without your consent, unless required by law.
CDD adheres to the Tennessee Uniform Trade Secrets Act and all applicable privacy laws.


 
8. Electronic Communications Consent

By working with Charressa Deseree Designs, you consent to receive electronic communications, agreements, invoices, and notices. You acknowledge that these fulfill any legal requirement for written communication in accordance with the Tennessee Uniform Electronic Transactions Act (UETA).


 
9. Limitation of Liability

CDD is not responsible for delays or outcomes caused by third-party vendors, shipping issues, size discrepancies, or circumstances outside our control.
To the fullest extent allowed by Tennessee law, CDD disclaims liability for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.


 
10. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute related to these Terms shall first be addressed through good faith negotiation. If unresolved, the parties agree to pursue mediation or binding arbitration in Sumner County, Tennessee, before initiating litigation. Each party shall bear its own legal fees unless otherwise determined by the mediator or arbitrator.


 
11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.


 
12. Right to Refuse Service

Charressa Deseree Designs reserves the right to decline or discontinue service at its sole discretion, provided such refusal complies with federal and state anti-discrimination laws.


 
13. Intellectual Property

All content created by CDD, including mood boards, digital lookbooks, and curated guides, remain the intellectual property of Charressa Deseree Designs. These may not be copied, distributed, or repurposed without written consent.


 
14. Force Majeure

CDD is not liable for any failure to perform services due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including acts of nature, illness, transportation disruption, or government restrictions.


 
15. Modifications

These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
